Sodatide Money-Back Guarantee: How to Claim It
Sixty days from purchase. A purchase policy, not a medical promise — and the two are worth keeping apart.
Prepared by the Sodatidedaily Editorial Desk · Medically reviewed by Dr. Pascale Carbonara, MD · Updated
Sodatide comes with a money-back guarantee of 60 days from the purchase date.
Call the order desk with your order ID, then mail the return with your name, order email and order ID. You pay return shipping. The desk credits refunds in 3 to 5 business days, then the card takes 5 to 10 more days.
See where to buy so the guarantee covers you.
How to claim, step by step
Five steps. The first one is the one people skip, and it is the one that makes the rest work.
Find the order email
It has the order ID in it. Everything downstream of this step needs that ID, and a claim made without one is a claim the desk cannot match to a payment.
Call the order desk first
Start the claim on the phone before you post anything. An unannounced parcel is harder to match to an order and slower to process at the other end.
Put your details inside the box
Full name, the email address on the order, and the order ID, written on a sheet of paper inside the parcel. Do not rely on the return address label alone.
Send it with tracking, at your own cost
To 666 Third Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10017, USA. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Keep the tracking number until the money is back.
Count two separate windows
3 to 5 business days for the desk to credit the refund once the return is processed, then 5 to 10 days for it to appear on your card. They add up, so count from the end of the second one before you chase.

What a money-back guarantee actually is
It is a purchase policy. It returns your money within a stated window. That is the whole of it, and it is worth having.
It is not a statement about whether the product works, and it is not a medical promise of any kind. A generous refund window and a product with thirteen unquantified ingredients can exist in the same bottle, and here they do.
It is also not insurance against a reaction. If something about this capsule does not agree with you, the refund gets your money back; the thing to do about the reaction itself is stop taking it and speak to a clinician.
We make this distinction on every site we build because the guarantee is usually the largest text on a sales page, and it is measuring a completely different thing from the one most readers think it is measuring.
One bottle is 30 days against a 60-day window, so a first bottle finishes with half the window still open. Three and six bottles run past it. The guarantee is only as useful as the pack size lets it be.

Pack size
Capsules a day — fixed at two, because the label states a serving size
Three practical notes
Do not wait for the bottle to be empty. The window runs from purchase, so the decision date is fixed by the payment and not by the capsules. Put day 55 in a calendar when the parcel arrives.
Keep the packaging until you are sure. Nobody published a condition about original packaging, which means nobody ruled one out either. Keeping it costs nothing.
Ask before you buy if a term is missing. Opened bottles, restocking fees and partial returns on multi-packs are all blanks in the table above. The order desk can tell you; a website that guessed at them would not be telling you anything.
The guarantee lives with the desk that took your money. Its number is in the site footer. Our email address handles this website and cannot see your order. There is no third number on this product, because no distributor is named anywhere on it.
What a guarantee is actually buying you
It is buying you the right to change your mind, and on a product where nothing can be predicted in advance, that right is worth more than it looks.
Consider what is not available to you before purchase: no price until the checkout, no published timeline, no verified feedback, no test report, no named laboratory and no address for the brand on the front of the bottle. Against all of that, a stated window in which you can get the money back is the only enforceable promise in the transaction.
That is why our advice about pack size is as firm as it is. The guarantee only protects a purchase that finishes inside it, and a six-bottle pack runs a hundred and twenty days past the end of the window.
Used properly, one bottle and a sixty-day window is close to a free trial with a deposit. Used carelessly, the same guarantee protects nothing at all.
It is not a promise about results and it never was. A money-back guarantee is a commercial term that returns money. No page on this site claims the product will do anything for anyone, and a generous refund window is not evidence that it will.
The three dates worth writing down
All three are fixed by the purchase rather than by the product, which is what makes them reliable.
| Date | What happens | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | The window opens and the clock starts | It runs from purchase, not delivery |
| Day 30 | A first bottle is finished | Half the window is still open |
| Day 55 | Nothing, unless you put it in a calendar | The last comfortable day to start a claim |
| Day 60 | The window closes | After this the policy no longer applies |
The Sodatide Guarantee: common questions
What is the guarantee?
Sixty days from the purchase date, or longer if the sales page prints a longer window. Counted from purchase rather than from delivery or from the first capsule. Claim it by calling the order desk with your order ID. The guarantee covers the purchase, not a health outcome.
How do I return a bottle?
Call the order desk with your order ID first, then post it to 666 Third Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10017, with your full name, order email and order ID written on a sheet inside the parcel. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and should be tracked.
How long does a refund take?
Two windows that add up: 3 to 5 business days for the desk to credit it once the return is processed, then a further 5 to 10 days for it to appear on your card. Count from the end of the second before you chase.
Which pack should I buy?
One bottle, if you are deciding whether it suits you. The guarantee is 60 days from purchase, a bottle is 30 days, so one bottle finishes with half the window still to run and two bottles finish on the last day of it. Three and six bottles both run past the window, which means committing before you can still get the money back.
What does it cost?
No price was published to us and we print none. Pack prices are whatever the info page shows at checkout. What we can tell you is the denominator: one capsule a day, thirty to a bottle, so a bottle is exactly a month and any price divides cleanly into a cost per day.
Which number or address do I use?
The order desk handles anything about an order: tracking, changes, refunds. The website inbox handles pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Both are listed in the site footer. The website address cannot see your order. The label also prints a separate number for the distributor.

One bottle is 30 capsules at one a day, so a bottle is exactly thirty days and the front of the label says so. The 60-day guarantee runs from purchase, not from delivery, and the price is shown at checkout.
