Sodatide Shipping And Delivery

Two facts were published. Everything else on this page is a blank we have refused to fill.

Prepared by the Sodatidedaily Editorial Desk · Medically reviewed by Dr. Pascale Carbonara, MD · Updated

Quick answer

Two shipping facts were published to us: Sodatide orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and a tracking number arrives in the order email. Shipping cost, delivery speed, carrier, cut-off times and international availability were not published to us and have not been guessed at. The order desk is the place to ask about any of them, and it is also the only desk that can look up an order.

What is actually known about delivery

Which Sodatide delivery details the seller prints

Because we were not given the information, and a shipping estimate invented by a retail website is worse than no estimate at all. A reader who is told three to five business days and waits nine has been actively misled by a number nobody stood behind.

Three to five days is the sort of figure that appears on almost every page of this kind. It is also the sort of figure that gets copied rather than confirmed. We have not copied it.

What we can tell you is where to get a real answer. The order desk can see your order, and the tracking number in your order email will tell you more than any generic estimate would have.

Before you call

Have the order ID from your confirmation email ready. Without it the desk is working blind, and the call will take considerably longer than it needs to.

What happens after you order

Four steps, each one drawn from something we were actually told.

  1. A confirmation email arrives

It carries the order ID. That ID is the single most useful thing in the whole transaction: it is what the desk looks up, what a refund claim starts with, and what a return parcel should carry.

  2. The order is dispatched from the United States

Unless the sales page says otherwise. No dispatch time was published, so we have not printed one.

  3. A tracking number follows in the order email

This is the only delivery estimate that means anything, because it is attached to your parcel rather than to a page.

  4. If something goes wrong, call the order desk

The order desk with the order ID. Our email address cannot see orders and will only slow you down.

Shipping time comes out of your guarantee

The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. Not from delivery, and not from the first capsule. That means every day a parcel spends in transit is a day off your decision window.

How much it matters here can be worked out exactly. The panel prints a serving of one capsule and thirty servings per container, so a bottle is thirty days and the guarantee is two bottles long. A week in transit is about a quarter of one bottle's supply — and on a product the label asks you to refrigerate, a week in a delivery van is worth a thought of its own.

What is certain is that the window runs from purchase rather than from delivery, and that a three- or six-bottle pack is a commitment made before you know either the price per day or the length of supply. If you want the guarantee to be meaningful, buy one bottle.

Keep the date on your confirmation email. That is the date the window is counted from, and it is the date you will want if there is ever a disagreement about whether a claim was made in time.

Three things to check when the parcel arrives

1

The safety seal

The label says: do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. If it is, do not open the bottle — photograph it and call the order desk before anything else.

2

The base of the bottle

The brief says the lot and best-before appear on the base when the bottle shows them. No expiry date appears on anything we were given, so the base of your own bottle is the only place to look.

3

The panel against ours

Our supplement-facts page transcribes every line of the panel on the label image we were given. If the panel on your bottle differs in any amount, any ingredient or any Daily Value, the bottle wins and we want the photograph: the website inbox in the site footer.

What we will not do

We will not print a delivery estimate we were not given, we will not name a carrier nobody named to us, and we will not paste a tracking URL into a page. The tracking number in your order email is the accurate answer and it is specific to your parcel.

Why the tracking number is the only estimate worth having

A published delivery estimate is a statement about an average parcel. A tracking number is a statement about yours.

Everything that actually determines when a box reaches you — which day it was dispatched, which service it went on, where you live, what the weather is doing to the network this week — is invisible to any figure printed on a website in advance.

So the honest sequence is: order, wait for the email, use the number in it. If the number does not appear or does not move, that is when the order desk becomes useful, and the call will be short because the desk can see the same record you can.

This is also why we do not paste tracking links into pages. A tracking number belongs in your order email, where it is attached to your parcel and to nobody else's.

Three things to get right before you order

1

The delivery address

Changing an address after dispatch ranges from difficult to impossible. Read it twice at the checkout — it takes five seconds and it is the single most common avoidable problem with any order.

2

The email address

Everything downstream arrives there: the order ID, the tracking number, the receipt. A typo in the email address is worse than a typo in the street, because you will not know anything has gone wrong.

3

The date

The 60-day guarantee runs from purchase, so the date on the confirmation email is the date the clock starts. Keep the email; it is the only record of it you control.

Sodatide Shipping And Delivery: common questions

What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Neither was published to us. What we were told is that orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and that a tracking number arrives in the order email. We have not printed a delivery estimate nobody gave us.

Where should I buy it?

Here, if you want the refund window on this desk to apply. An order placed here sits with the order desk, under an order ID that desk can look up. An order placed on a marketplace is somebody else's policy and we cannot see it, refund it or help with it.

What is the guarantee?

Sixty days from the purchase date, or longer if the sales page prints a longer window. Counted from purchase rather than from delivery or from the first capsule. Claim it by calling the order desk with your order ID. The guarantee covers the purchase, not a health outcome.

How long does a refund take?

Two windows that add up: 3 to 5 business days for the desk to credit it once the return is processed, then a further 5 to 10 days for it to appear on your card. Count from the end of the second before you chase.

Which number or address do I use?

The order desk handles anything about an order: tracking, changes, refunds. The website inbox handles pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Both are listed in the site footer. The website address cannot see your order. The label also prints a separate number for the distributor.

Is there an expiry date?

None appears in anything we were given. The brief says the lot and best-before appear on the base of the bottle when the bottle shows them, so the base of your own bottle is the only place to look. On a product containing live organisms this matters more than usual.

Ready to try Sodatide?

One bottle is 30 capsules at one a day, so a bottle is exactly thirty days and the front of the label says so. The 60-day guarantee runs from purchase, not from delivery, and the price is shown at checkout.
